Chitterne Road / East Farm housing proposal — information for residents
Codford Parish Council has prepared a community briefing about the proposal for approximately 60 homes on land off Chitterne Road and East Farm.
The briefing explains the current stage of the process, the Parish Council’s role, the main planning considerations, and how residents can provide relevant local evidence.

⏰ The developer’s current pre-application consultation closes at 5:00 pm on Monday 12 October 2026.
Comments submitted now go to the developer as part of its pre-application consultation. If a formal planning application is subsequently submitted, Wiltshire Council will open a separate statutory consultation, and residents will need to submit comments again through the official planning process.
